They repped me asking for rep back, therefore it would not be a random -rep

If they ask you to rep back, you have three options:

1. Do nothing.
2. Report it & get it removed.
3. Find a post by them you like and rep them, you can't just rep a random post as a rep back - as it's against the rules.

I did, and yes it would be. -Rep is for when you disagree with a post someone has made, not for revenge, or as your form of a punishment to them

If you cite the reason for the -rep then yes you can

EDIT: Just to clarify why, -rep is to express your opinion and you feel that their asking for +rep wasn't a constructive thing to do and you are expressing your opinion that they should not do it. I haven't done it before or anything :eusa_ange

Ok, i often get people rep me then directly say something like

"Rep me back please - i need it"

Would it be viable to -rep them back.
If i was to -rep back for asking would this be removed if reported?

You can report the user and if he has done it often we can take action on his rep count .

rofl i get alot of people asking for rep back i usealy do but i think tis kinda unfair.

Didn't know about the third one.

Most of the +rep I get is for alts, so I feel that I worked hard for it so yeah, I just ignore it unless it's someone I know then I +rep back.
