ive found that aswell, its wierd :S

at the start, hunting does take patience, the odd thing that ive found, especially with kebbits is that the higher i get, the easier they are to catch, even without using bait, not sure if thats meant to happen or if its just me getting lucky.

just keep working at it, it does take patience, wearing camoflage (sp) suitable for the area and your level will help a great deal

Obviously it's supposed to get easier as you go up... same as everything else. Gaining experience and levels means you get better at it, getting better won't make it harder...
