    thats ok for your height. Im 5'1 and I weigh 8.5 stone. by the time I grow to six foot I would consider that a healthy weight to be and if you think your unhealthy just eat more fruit and veg less snacky stuff ect. just use common sense.

    You will not shift the weight by doing press ups/sit ups. You need to do some cardio exercise such as running or swimming then increase the amount you do. Of course what you eat in the kitchen is equally as important. No point doing lots of cardio and then going home eating junk.
