the only way you'll get anything does is via the contact us form. if you really don't want to use that for some reason i suggest you'll have to stick it out.

You won't get answers here as they won't post why your cautioned in public, if you use the Contact Us Form then you will get a response, they may even PM you after seeing this thread (As Administrators can override the PM System so you should get a PM anyway from them).

But use the Contact Us form and you will get answers.
