I say start with 1 HC, and when it gets more pop, maybe 2.

Maybe 3-4 Hcs.
Rights at 1 hc doesnt worth anything as betters wont trust dealers cause rights are 1 Hc. Too many risks of getting scammed.
Hint : but your casino on pop often, its not a easy thing to get a casino popular

Well to be honest there isn't must stacking going on in your screenie so i'd charge 1 - 2 HC

Maybe try 1hc-2hc to start of with and then higher them as it gets more popular.
