Nice Ideas This May Be My Newbish Side Speaking Yet Again. But Don't Pop-Ups Cause Even More Lag? I Know When My Website Opened With A New Browser Pop-Up It Took Longer.

not really becuase the pop-up would be like a notice window the annoying ones you get from hobbas, they dont cause any lag!
