There are two options:
Buy a server that will nearly always be up and wont cause you to lag while gaming unless you have a spare pc.
Set up your own server that is only up when you have your pc online.

Just buy a gameserver or go on our servers. That are you options considering your laugh your *** of at the fact that your sister using the laptop. Learn to finish sentences with full stops rather than random laughter.

Select your router.

Follow the steps.

Then Steam -> Tools -> Source Dedicated Server.

Make the server, click start server and vwalla.
