How exactly is it fair if let's say someone from the UK buys furniture on Habbo Finland?

They can't just cut off your access, surely you hold the right to access something that you have legally purchased.

This is quite old but anyway, This has been happining for a while now, i emailed .fi ages ago, The affected hotels are russia and finland, china had one but it was removed because no one from china used the hotels also i emailed them and they said it was up to the hotel, and more international hotels (i.e. spain/mexico/argentina/cuba... UK, and USA) would not.

Anyway use proxy to go in the hotel, thats what i do

No they haven't, one of their T&C's state they can terminate your access at anytime for no reason.
