To view full headers in Hotmail I think there's a link near the top of the email called "View details" or something to that degree.

Yea, normally a hotel alert will be posted, and if its down for long, an update will be posted on the hotel's homepage. And even if they sent out an email, they will send it hotel by hotel. And they won't reccomend AU as it would bombard their servers :rolleyes:
