You can ask them, but that doesn't necessarily mean they have to. I doubt they would be morally inclined to take it down, since you gave it to them for free (I'm assuming without conditions). Nor do you have any accessible methods to pressure them; you gave it to them as a gift without expecting a return (therefore it's classed as a donation), it's probably based on someone else's work anyway and I doubt you have legal representatives.
