you drop 10k or a high level rune
for them to run out ;S

Buy a rune satchet or meh, then run up to spot and click beckon and click in wild, he will run into wild.

You can get more if your lucky, but most ppl with big trades (say rares) aren't stupid enough to go near wildy and fall for lures.
