Well some people would actually be jealous of you, as many people have the opposite problem and in fact lose their hair!

I'm not really sure to be honest... It could be hereditory. I suggest you speak to your parents and maybe ask them if they ever personally experienced it, or if it's known to run in the family. You might just have the genetic code for long growing hair... Basically I think it might just be one of those things you're going to have to come to terms with.

I doubt there would be anything a doctor could do to stop your hair growing... As you get older though, I'm sure you'll notice a reduction and stall in the rate of growth - as naturally happens.

You could maybe go for a hair style to compliment your long growing hair, so it won't be as so much of a "pain" and work more to an advantage for you.

I'd just like to finally add - I don't see why you were so rude to that user. If you post here expecting advice on a teenage forum, you need to anticipate receiving a diverse response... all of which obviously arn't going to be 100% beneficial to you. Therefore, I feel rather than taking a rude approach to his advice and simply disrespecting his time and effort put in to actually help you - you could've simply chose to ignore it, or thanked him anyway for at least trying... It's a lot more than some people would do mate.

how short are you cutting it?

go for a 1, that would kill it off.

some people just have really fast growing hair, my dad does, and he likes his hair in a 1, so he just bought his own shaver, and he does it every week.
its just a bit of a pain.

I do that as a hobbie, I basically do that to every rep, wondering if they are curious enough to look behind.

Ostinato: Thanks, why I said that: Because I have a short fuse, it runs in the family, I can control my temper if its a good day, or I just feel too irritated. x[
