I think that if you have been scammed by someone on these forums and you have proof you should be able to name them.

Back when I had first joined the forums I went first for people to gain respect I got scammed by 3 people that had alot of vouches.

MODs say you are not allowed to name scammers because he/she will feel segregated on the forums, and people would give them abuse.

If a forum member gets scammed they are not going to keep quiet because they will PM people with who scammed them which will result in the scammer being segregated so the rule for not naming scammers is rather pointless.
