The nature runes, shark and other methods are good ways.

I would buy vials then sell on.
If you go to Ardouge general store they sell water filled vials for 12gp each.
Just hop worlds untill you have as many as you want.

Say you get 1k that will cost you 12k then you sell to players for 200ea-250ea which is 200k-250k Huge profit but it does take some time.

Go to the mage guild to merchant.

Spend all your cash on Deaths, clear a shop out, hop worlds and clear the next one out. If you want to have a good day's rune merchanting, skive a day from school - shops will be full since everybody is at school
Buy as many deaths as you can, sell all to players for profit on each rune

After you get more money, you can start buying Deaths and Bloods. I understand Bloods are dropping atm, dunno - havent needed any for months.
