That stuff for pregnent womens stretchmarks, sounds silly but its the only thing that might get rid of them, take a while though. I put it on the scar on my head ;o

I have loads of scars around both of my knees from where I fell over in the playground and landed in a pile of smashed glass when I was in primary school. I hate them. Especially in the summer when I want to wear shorts that cut off above or below the knee.

Edit. And yeah, the oil they've been advertising is called bio-oil, not sure how it works though.
