Disagree, IMO that acc would own in F2P or P2P but since them lvls are ages off, get range up alot, then turn to att str until you become a member

99 Range and 1 def isnt good on f2p... any decent rune pure can tackle it.
99 Mage is quite pointless because mages get owned in the later levels on F2p.
99 Attack and Strength (with 1 prayer) would leave the account at level 89 combat. And alot of full runers that level could hit high and constant through 1 def.
