in other words, they get mood swings, when their emotions just change suddenly for no apparent reason. don't worry, i'm going through the same too, it's annoying but it will go away soon, i hope.

If you were depressed you wouldn't feel happy AT ALL. You wouldn't be on here, because you'd be too upset to do ANYTHING. It's people like you who make it difficult for people will real depression to get help.
