Yeah , I find that abit rubbish , If they want to chill and not get the "OMGZZZZZ IT'S A HOBBA , ACCEPT F/R! EVEN THO I DON'T KNOW U I JUST WANT A HOBBA ON MY F/l" They will have to go on their chill account.

What I meant mostly was that its sort of inconvenient for them to change their accounts because of an annoyance. Most people as far as I know do not memorize the Hobba list [ if they do .. thats kind of sad ] and therefore without a HO-[name] they could most likely roam undetected.

With the new v7 thing, u can change your hobba badge to hc.
if you do that, you can still tell your a hobba, so you wont get peace as ppl have said.
