He shoved the cereal bar in his mouth, not up his butt... and seriously, they aren't that disturbing. In Richard McBeef the only bad stuff is a knife, a plate, a chainsaw and a punch to the face, with some semi-harsh language thrown in. Mr Brownstone is just a bit of a weird one, they talk about the teacher being a rapist like it's a normal thing that just makes them angry rather than emotionally hurt like they would be really, and there's no actual violence at all.
