When you're back in jail, go north and head to the eastern part of the island. Then move south to Sergeant Garkor (Picture). Speak to him. He will tell you about Karam and the 10th Squad. at the end of the tunnel it is - take prayer pots and pray against melee, walking it should take around 3 mins to reach end of tunnel.

Well i got rune defender, but exited without picking it up, and i couldnt get back in (how stupid of me).
