    I think Milan are faves to go through after today, it will be really hard for United- but I'll never write them off...

    One of the best second half displays United have shown all season.

    They got the early goal again, and the rest of the first half played rather sloppy again, especially Evra smashing Heinze to give Milan the second goal.

    Usually we'd be strong in the first 10 minutes of the second half, but we were strong throughout the second half, surprisingly. I think the deciding factor was when Gattuso went off, he was having such a good game.

    Both of Rooney's goals, superb play to set them up. How many goals is that now, 7 in his last 6?

    Shame Carrick missed the sitter at the beginning of the second half, but he made up for it later on.
