You should just click on the client window, so that you are in the shockwave program, not in the window.

It happened to me ages ago Re-install IE7 and it should be fixed

Control panel = Delete IE7
www.microsoft.com = Reinstall IE7 =p

k wen i remove it says it cud remove other programs e.g my Isp ect.. Takes hours to redownload my isp to my laptop wireless
