I dont use 'ubers' as I find them rather useless because you dont put any effort into raising them as they're already at level 50-80.

Palkia look's cooler and has better STATS in battle.
He can also learn 3 more TM's than Diagla and he learns the Road Of Space.

I've used both, Palkia is weak, Dialga is much stronger and Dialga starts with Roar of time which completly owns

Palkia is more powerful if used to his advantage.
Palkia can be a special physical sweeper in your team.
I doubt you know what that means but just up his Sp Atk with Ev training and Calcium and you have an awesome sp atk.
Learn Calm mind which boosts his Sp Atk & Sp Def and use him as a Special Physical Sweeper OHKO Style.

How can they kick your butt when you've already got a major Sp Atk and 1 hit KO move.

It only takes one move for a OHKO all those Calciums and ev training are to boost the move and it's stat.

If I've fully EV trained my Palkia with Sp Atk and Def then I go into a battle use Roar of Space and viola.
