I like how they have their own blog to seem important. Their only significance is that they send auto-replies to emails all day.

If you actually realised and read the blogs, you'd know they don't send auto-replies all day (Plus how can a person send a auto-reply?) when you reply to a auto-reply they then deal with you personally.

There's obviously enough things for them to do if they employ 5 staff for player support!
