    I got bronze in about 600 then iron in like 10 then to rune using about 2kish but took longer to get the tokens than the defenders lol

    I'm patriotic and hate Man-U..

    Takes a while, its worth it. Tokens are fast, its killing the ogres that take a while.They're good exp too, people train there.
