Okay this is a really long story, so I will cut it all short and simple. This girl I went out with before christmas, she was/is the only person I have ever loved. & I use the term "love" propely. Not just a "fad" over someone. It only lasted 2 weeks & she let me go. I have been trying to get over it for sometime, but I still love her & I am really struggling. I have tryed not looking at her & not making eye contact, but its too hard. Please help.

Tbh, once your in love its well hard to get over someone.
The theory is that it takes half the time you were with someone to get over them, but in your case half the time you liked her. To fall in love with someone you must have liked her for longer than 2 weeks i'm guessing.
I was with someone for a year and it took me about 5 months to get over them. Once you love someone it doesnt ever go away, but the hurting does :].
So just hold in there &just try and have fun, whatever you do don't go on the rebound - it may seem real but it very often isn't.

You struggling to get over somebody you hardly know. Thing is when maybe if you had got to know her better then perhaps you would have let her go.
Its a fantasy really not reality. I think you may need a new diversion but only you will know when the time is right for you. =]
