How much are you paying? Plus you certain you want ifraims as there not really very good with standards and often raise hell when you use em in a compilent div based page. Its actualy easyer imo to add a full ajax based navigation combined with a php one "/ just for the fact you dont end up with your ifraim running away down the page in IE :p
