    ma mom gets acumpunture or hwateverr lmao. in her ear. SHE GETS IT POKED IN, ITS ALL LIKE, EWW AND THEN LIKE, ahh..

    anywho. its started to settle now.

    nu uh, when you get a cramp it's due to lack of oxygeon getting to the muscle/place, so worst thing to do is move it, just gotta breath deeply and calmly, and avoid moving it suddenly, *wherever it is*.

    I've always been taught to stretch it, because that gets it pumped with blood faster, more oxygen
