Try using colour text and pictues to help improve your report
Each value should be set out something like this

And maybe a comment to go with this report.

Please Try And Make More Accurate Values E.g = Maj. Spacing It Out More Will Help And If You Use Colour This Will Help It So Much

Other Than Them Minor Things: A Lot Of Values Which Is Good Along With Accuracy On Most.
