Fire Mad because he is ignorant, ignores users, has no Manager skills, disrespects users, fires innocent staff, is bias towards people, runs the forum badly and basically just does not know what he is doing.

It is Sierk's job to find out if any of this is happening.

I don't think he should be fired, but I don't think he should remain as Forum Manager.

When he was hired as Assistant Forum Manager, I told sierk and 8Freak8 over and over again that I do not want him to, because like you I felt he would be much better as a technician. I actually told them to promote MAD to a Forum Technician because he is good at that, but they did not listen to me and just hired him anyway. I was actually looking for MAD because, no offence, he is not (in my opinion, feel free to disagree) the best of Managers, but he is a brilliant technician.

I totally agree, perhaps if they would have listened to you then this would not be happening now!

Well if it was a real company with a vote of no confidence in the managing director and 11 out of 14 voted "No confidence" with 3 abstentions then the managing director would be out. No arguement. This is Habbox though and despite all my loyalty, hardwork and hopes that he would see the light, he never could. Even faced with 85% of his staff telling him this, he couldn't. In fact a blind man can see more than he can on staff management. But as he says 'A Forum's Manager's job is not to be popular' it is to get the work done. Cue my Dicken's novel or asian sweatshop article

The other difficulty is that Sierk is reliant on somebody technical and quite honesly doesn't know how he runs the forum because superficially Mad can come over as quite a caring person and Sierk is not really involved from day -to-day. I think it is a case of Mad having Sierk over a barrel, figuratively speaking.

Anyway, Garion, I am truly sorry that you have also chosen to resign because
you were an incredible Smod and I know that the forum members will miss you terribly.

I do think that the forum is now starting to go down hill with lots of cool staff leaving

But im having mixed feelings about Mad atm.
