    Applications involve trials, thats why its better. Because you get written versions AND pracitical versions.

    before you complain you should get some facts. i took a leave of absences for 2 months because i was dealing with some irl problems. other mods resigned as well cuz of irl stuff to deal with. new mods that are hired without aps are based on recommendations by other staff or just other members that stand out by following rules and reporting.

    Basically, it's just ---POWERMAD--- taking stuff into his own hands again, he cant be BOTHERED to read applications so he does it on post reports.

    Most people in the Catzsy thread would agree, which is the majority of the forum.

    And to base it on post reports is not more practical. A written version, followed by a trial to see if you know what you are doing, getting used to the tools and being recorded on it at the same time is much better.
