Wayne's appearances are a little more sporadic. You have to remember, as Nick said, they have real life goings on so you just have to be patient and your problem will be sorted as soon as is possible !

NVR is extremely efficient with VIP... Did you send him a copy of the receipt?

He will be on about 7pm I would think.

But you may not see him online as he uses invisable alot i belive.

Hes usually on invisable mode (most AGM and higher are) so you probably won't actually see him online on the forum. Hes -5 hours GMT. Not sure what time it is in aussie compared to GMT though (is it +9 or something?).
