Defo Release it, I would use it streight away, it looks easy to skin (CSS File?) and looks actually like the only one (along with PowerPanel *HUGE COUGH*) which will be anygood...

It's mostly defined in an embedded stylesheet, some CSS is inline though.

Looks great, just one thing though. Why is the layout non-habbo and then the site alert is a habbo box? Unless you're going to add a habbo skin into it.

Alert box is Habbo styled because the panel is designed for a fansite.

Anyways my only concern would be features... by what I can tell from the screenshots is doesn't look very feature rich yet? Or are there more we just can't see

It has everything needed implemented (not for everyone, but rather for the person I'm doing it for).

Although, if anyone has a suggestion on a feature I missed, feel free to suggest it.

Indeed, hence why I asked if it was worth it. Really I couldn't be bothered whether I released it or not.
