It seems the obvious choice, Buy Rs money from a site then buy Pin with that while making a bit of money at the same time, but - Its just so much safer and stress_free [see what I done there? ;o ] to buy your own pins straight from runescape.

I think it's probably because you don't have as much chance being banned selling a pin than buying mils.. it's not as big amount so the chance of being caught is smaller.. hope i helped!
