Get to know her, don't just go up to her and say "I love you." I would be creeped out if someone I had only met once or twice said that.

You need to get talking to her again if you don't all ready. Spend some time together and when the moment is rite, tell her how you feel.

Talk to her ALONE and tell her how you feel. That worked for me, and I havent had a girlfriend in a very long time

Sorry everyone i no its ahuge bump but i told her and all she said is
"you have balls for telling me" then i was so confussed afterwards still havent asked her out tho
