i just got a 26 inch LCD HD TV for mine. You dont have to have one, but it helps

I heard that you had to have a HD tv to play PS3, and i might be getting a PS3 so i was just wondering if this was true or not

yh, i dont thik you need one, but to get the most out if it you do. mainly because these are the next gen HD games, so a HD output would be ideal, my friend refuses to beleive this and thinks its souly about the gameplay, its partly about that, but on his telly the gameplay would be a blur so ... the arguemnt rages between me and him
