Well, you are gonna start wanting (if you aren't already) sexual activity in the next few years, and she won't be ready for that for a couple of years (if she it's it's wrong), so if you do stuff like that with her it's completely sick because she may not be fully developed etc.

Due to her age, I wouldn't PERSONALLY.

Also, you can't keep things quiet nowadays, people at school would find out, and I get the crap ripped out of me for going out with a girl in the year below me, let alone 3 years below

I would avoid it, due to the sex thing and people finding out, but it's up to you.
