Sorry. Well im looking for something along the lines of Habbo-Works. It is a radio site but I want it to look more of a content site than radio. I dont want the template that dark and I would like it to be expandable. Ill try and possible post a screen shot of a template I really like.

Plus ive never seen your work before so it would just be like giving £20 away. Plus I may not like the layout and I don't you well enough to give money upfront.

I didnt say it wasnt, and you have paypal to contact about refunds, if you get no product just get a refund via paypal, i keep going until you like the template produced and so on and if it comes down to it after 10 layouts or so on, you dont like it i will refund you, the reason why i take money up front is because it guarentees payment for (N) hours of work that i do instead of chasing people for money.
