    Hopefully your be alright now as you finished school.

    Just have a nice warm bath. To be honest, do something fun it will take your mind off things.

    Thats what I do.

    Go out with your friends and socialise. Or maybe tell them about your worries, maybe they could help you with them...

    Do not spend all your time studying. I suggest planning out a timetable with adequate time for work, play, and rest. Here is what I do, on the day before an exam, I only do a quick hour long revision, then I take my mind of studying, have a bit of fun and sleep early. Next day in school I go slightly earlier to revise, and not bragging or anything but I topped my class last year
