I wouldn't say that this is using paint. I would say that it was lag or a shackwave error like how sometimes habbo furni appears as PH boxes.

The DJ is made into two seprate frames as the head is animated and the body is just a base. It was either lag or shockwave error that didn't make the head frame appear.
