Wow. Its better than the Microsoft layout I can tell you that (tell me if they updated it as I really cant see it as for some reason it dont let me access microsoft...)

They changed it to some vista'y stype layout. Rubbish!

The darker blue bit in the banner should start off dark then go back to the above colour in a gradient in my opinion it looks better.

I'm not sure, I don't really do designs I just have spur of the moments. I might do a teenage web community template. Not sure.
