This is what I did to get to my fletching level.

[I was going for 99 but I cba, lol]

    1-5 Arrows

    5-30 anything you can get...

    30-65

Buy about 15k willows and fletch all of them into willow half bows, don't add strings. Not worth the money.
[When you get to 35 fletch longbows obviously]

This should get you to fletching yews.

Buy 5k yew logs and 5k strings [Depending on how much money you have] Make the bows =]]

I think you need to make 81k to get to 99.
You make a good profit on the yew longbows you make, depending at what price you buy strings and logs for.

You could get quite high in 22 days. I'd say 75-80. If you play a generous amount =]]

    Hope that helped.

and i doubt you will be able to get 99 in 22 days although if you do it right and play long enough you may be able to get quite a high lvl, maybe around 80+

1-70 ; Just fletch the best bow you can, dont bother with anything else as they are more expensive and sometimes slower. also dont string them, either sell to general store/other players/drop them

70-85 ; Yew longbows, string them if you wish as aparently stringing is faster although it requires more effort than cuttin

85-99 ; Cut mage longs if you can get your hand on them, otherwise stick with yews.

also heres the guide i started but never bothered finishing, some bits may help but it wasnt really designed for speed or anything.

    Levels One to Twenty
    [Image One]
In Varrok, there are loads of trees to the south-west of the west bank.
Go here with a knife and an axe, then cut down the trees until you have
a full inventory of logs. When you have a full inventory of logs use your
knife on one of the logs, right click the arrow shaft option and choose
"make all". All of the logs will be made into arrow shafts and stack into
one pile in your bag. You can then continue cutting them until you reach
level 20 fletching. This should take you around 900 logs leaving you with
13500 arrow shafts, you could sell these or make them into arrows.

    Levels Twenty to Twenty-Five
    [Image Two]
Just to the east of Draynor Village bank, there are two oak trees, cut oak
logs here if you can, if not you will have to buy the logs. When you have full
inventories of oak logs use a knife on them and on oak shortbow right click
and choose Make 'x', then type in 27 and press enter. You will not be
stringing the bows so just put them all in the bank when you have made
them. Once you reach level twenty-five note them all and sell the all to the
general store for a small amount of cash. From level twenty to twenty-five
you will need to make about 205 unstrung oak shortbows.

    Levels Twenty-Five to Thirty-Five
Use the same method as from twenty to twenty-five apart from instead of
making oak shortbows you will be making oak longbows. You should have
to make about 585 unfinished longbows.

    Levels Thirty-Five to Forty
    [Image Three]
Just to the south-west of Draynor Village bank, there are a few willow trees,
cut willow logs here if you can, if not you will have to buy the logs. When you
have full inventories of oak logs use a knife on them and on oak shortbow
right click and choose Make 'x', then type in 27 and press enter. You will
not be stringing the bows so just put them all in the bank when you have
made them. Once you reach level forty note them all and sell the all to the
general store for a small amount of cash. From level thirty-five to forty you
will need to make about 445 unstrung willow shortbows.

    Levels Forty to Fifty
Use the same method as from thirty-five to forty apart from instead of
making willow shortbows you will be making willow longbows. You should
have to make about 1545 unfinished longbows.

    Levels Fifty to Seventy
From here to level seventy you have two options; you could continue to make
willow longbows until you reach seventy, this would take one thousand five
hundred and fifty three logs. The second option is to start cutting maple logs
south of Seer's Village or above the bank.
You will have to make maple shortbows until level fifty five and then from there
to seventy make maple longbows. You will need to make one thousand three
hundred and ten maple short bows and then around nine thousand eight
    hundred longbows.

    Levels Seventy to Eight-Five
Here is where you start to make money, you will need to buy supplies and then
make them into bows unless you want to collect your own supplies to make
    more money.
    Yew logs:
It is best to either buy these off of the official runescape forums or from the bank
in Seer's Village, they are currently selling for around 300-320gp each. Buy one
or two thousand of these and use a knife on each inventory making thousands of
    unstrung bows.
    Bowstring:
Buy the same amount of these as you did yew logs, they normally cost around
180-220 each, when you have the unstrung bows withdraw fourteen unstrung bows
and fourteen bowstrings, then lay them out in your inventory as shown:
Use the bow in the bottom right hand corner on the bowstring below until the inventory
looks like the second picture above. Go into your bank and click withdraw all on the
bowstring, then deposit all of the finished bows. After this choose withdraw all unstrung
bows and carry on with the stringing process.
When you have finished making the bows you should be able to sell them for between
550 and 600 each, this means you have made around 50k for every thousand bows
that you make. Do this until you get to level eighty five, this should take around
    seventeen thousand yew longbows.

    Levels Eighty-Five to Ninety-Nine
Through these levels it is probably easier to get a hold of yew logs and continuing to make
just over sixty-five thousand yew longbows to ninety-nine. Otherwise you could replace
the yews with magic logs, although these are a lot harder to get a hold of they give much more
experience and you would only need to make fifty-three and a half thousand longbows.

If you just string you can get even further than that, as stringing is as fast as you can make it.

But the downside is your hands gonah be in so much pain
