yep, runescape would have to be a client download game and with that quality would probabily take a week at 200kb/s.

Ad you would need a state of the art compute so the community wouldn't be very big at all

Wow is like that and it's only a 24 hours download on my really slow internet. And the Wow map is much bigger, so it would probably take a bit less, it'd be worth it though.
