Some will be autoers some will be pure skillers, report if you feel they are a BOT

They don't bother me. Most of the things I do on RS there are never any autoers around.

You can tell the differance if ones a skiller and ones a bot. Skillers usually have a good name and bots just have a mashed up name

I agree with every1 on this. Autoers are just annoying. Also I seen about 9 lvl 3's down near Seers cutting down the trees and I spotted every single one of them with an obby cape

Im sure some are just skillers and are afk (since you can do that with wcing, and fishing, ect.) Some are obviously autoers while others are cutting on tons of accounts to make irl $. I've been researching it and can pm you about 40 websites really selling rs $
