I saaaaay... Migraine maybe? Go away from the computer, go lay down in a dark room, where its nice and cool... Take some pain killers if you have any, if not crappy parocetomol will have to do, drink plenty of water... Keep a bucket at the side of the bed incase, and try to get some rest

if it is caused by computers (remember it could be dehydration related, make sure your drinking enough water.) make sure that your screen does not have ANY glare from lights etc, this is a huge problem i have because i move from computer to computer during the day, (i know keep strong painkillers on me at all times incase i get one)

headaches can also be caused because your straining the eye muscle by looking at the screen, try looking at things that are far away

My advice would actully would be, what I do when I have a headace, Go to your room, or if your in the room, turn of all electrical things, even your phone, Turn the light of, shut the curtains, make it as dark as you can, And take a paracetamol, then take a nap, when you wake up if you still have a headace, take a bath.shower, once your've done that take another sleep.

Like everyone else is saying take a day off the computer and next time you use your laptop makes sure your eyes are a good distance away from the screen
