IMO, out of everyone, Catzsy would make the best FM. She isnt biased. She doesnt argue either.

I agree. I think Catzsy would be a brilliant choice as she is both good at her job and also well liked amongst members which allows her to communicate with them easily.

Popularity should not be a major issue, but one's ability to communicate with those who they are providing a service for (the members) should be of a high standard and often a high standard of communication between members and an individual leads to popularity.
