I made it myself, it's just a normal line pattern.

OK, it's a nice layout, but I don't think the heart embossing on the banner looks right, just looks ugly, perhaps change it to a flat dark pink - light pink gradient?

And the "Navigation" text, that looks really out of place, try bringing it above and keep it all one colour!

I don't agree i like that pink heart thing on the banner, i like it looks great

The navigation text is on top, and I've tryed it flat it looks ****, like most flat logos.

BTW; the brush download is here (from deviantart)

EDIT: the reason it looks **** is because the black bar is kinda got a 3D look to it so if there was somthing flat above it, it would look right
