i agree, and i think that was why they introduced the capes, something for people to play more for.

You will say that for hmm, lets say to 23 skills ? Just coz you got no patience and stay to a thing.
Dont think you ''could'', coz you dont keep to what you want so you will never achieve anything that way.
If you get cooking/fletching cape it will prove that you can stay to what you tried and it will be a BIG Achievement for you
