    Well they have to consider that like 95% of Britain is white so there's a higher concentration of low achievers who are white. They can say they've picked out people based on the ratio or whatever but the probability of them finding a low achieving white is going to be much greater than the probability of them finding a low achieving person of some other nationality.

    In fairness this shouldnt be a superise, look at the young white population of the uk, a good proportion of them are chavs. So is it really that supprising a good proportion of the young white population are also low/nill acheavers?

    There not chavs, this can be pretty much proven by the fact, they even turned up for school.
