10:22, an imageless maintinence page, so the images are messed up, and the images only mess up at a new version, so it'd be nice.

I have a theory that x applications (the rest) will be sent out when Habbo opens again with V14

Once a hotel gets it (excluding NL & FI) it spreads really quickly to the other hotels.
